BASIC SERVICE PRICING

The prices shown below are basic starting prices for individual event services. They are provided only as a general reference to help customers understand the approximate cost of each service.

Pricing Conditions

• The displayed price is a basic starting price, not a fixed package price.

• The actual price may be lower or higher depending on the customer's requirements.

• In some cases, a basic service may be available from a lower price than the displayed starting price.

• The final price depends on factors such as:

  • Equipment required

  • Quantity of equipment/items

  • Event type

  • Event duration

  • Venue/location

  • Number of guests or audience

  • Setup and technical requirements

  • Transportation requirements

  • Additional services requested

• Not all equipment, items or services listed under a category are included in the basic price.

• Customers can choose only the equipment or services they require, and the price will be calculated accordingly.

• Additional equipment, upgraded equipment, extra hours or additional requirements may result in additional charges.

• A lower-priced setup may therefore contain fewer items or a smaller setup than the basic reference price.

• The final price will be confirmed through a quotation based on the actual event requirements.

• Prices may vary depending on availability, date, location and specific event requirements.

• Any applicable transportation, setup, dismantling or additional service charges will be communicated in the quotation.

• A booking will be considered confirmed only after acceptance of the quotation and payment of the applicable advance amount.

Important Note

The basic price does not mean that all equipment or services under that category are included. The final price and setup will depend on what the customer actually requires.
